Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk email also.

We use trusted carriers  Australia Post to deliver our products. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Australia: 2-14 business days after processing. Check Australia Post for information on possible delays due to weather events and also accurate time frames for your location.
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Within Australia:  Calculated rate dependant on item weight  with free shipping on orders over $200.
  • International Orders:  
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, size, and destination.

International Shipping & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Handling Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
